10-027  Mar 13 @ 13:19 Per Request of Chief 23-01 Crews needed to shut down Lower Riggles Gap Rd @ Kerbaugh Rd And Old 6th Ave road. 23-41 Took position at old 6th ave and 23-82 W/ 23-05 took Position @ Kerbaugh. Crews remained on scene until Penn Dot was able to place road closed signs out Station went back in service after signs where placed

 

10-026 Mar 10 @ Aprrox. 17:30 Special Request from Medic unit 452(Amed) Female Firefighter requested to Assist in transport to Hospital Old 6th Ave & Forshey Lane. 1 Female was taken to scene to assist Medic

 

10-025 Feb. 28 @13:44 911 dispatch motor vehicle accident, rollover, I-99 Bellwood Exit Station 22(Bellwood) and Station 23 due Rescue was out with 5 and followed by engine 23-13 with 3 23-01 arrived on scene and started setting up traffic control units from both companies provide traffic control until PSP finished there investigation units Clear short time after

 

10-024 Feb. 25 @ 19:49 Blair 911 Dispatch station 22(Bellwood) to Kerbaugh Road For tree a crossed the road way. Rescue 22-31 responded and advised 911 that tree had been removed from roadway and that it was in Station 23 first due to start them a number seeing it was in station 23 area box placed in service moments later

 

10-023 Feb. 24 @ 17:11 911 Dispatch for motor vehicle accident, Riggles Gap Rd & Grandview Rd. Rescue 23-31 out w/5 within 2 minutes of dispatch. Chief 23-01 first on scene to Find 2 vehicles on roadway very minor injuries Crews handle debris clean up as well as traffic control Box placed in service @ 17:46

 

10-022 Feb. 16 @ 15:52 while on-scene Blair 911 attached Station 23 onto another Call while on scene of previous call. This was done in error by 911. Wrong Dispatch

 

10-021 Feb. 16 @ 15:41 Per request of 22-03(Whiteford) Station 23 for fire Police Sandbank Road For Motor Vehicle Accident, NO injuries. 23-04(Shaw) responded Direct. 23-41 Went around accident Scene and shut off Sandbank Road @ Frito Lane, 23-82(Brazle) shut it off @ Pinecroft Ave. Vehicles where removed from roadway...y and command place box back in service a short time later

 

10-020 Feb. 15 @ 11:13 911 Dispatch For Motor Vehicle Accident, Old Rte 220 Surplus City, Antis Twp. Moments later Station 23 was placed in service and Station 22(Bellwood) was activated Due to this being there first due area

 

10-019 Feb. 10 @ 23:32 911 Dispatch Station 23 & Station 22(Bellwood) Motor Vehicle Accident I-99 Bellwood Exit. Capt. 22-04(Abbott Responded Direct & First on Scene Advised accident Be @ Pinecroft Exit To Hold Station 22, Station 23 to continue in. 23-31 Responded w/ 5. 23-04 Arrived on scene and command was transfer...red from 22-04 and station 22 was placed in service. Box was placed back in service shortly after

After Investigating it was a faulty detector in Parking Garage that activated the al...arm all units was placed in service shortly after

 

10-017 Feb. 7 @ 02:40 911 Dispatch Motor vehicle accident Sabbeth Rest Road Near Seltzler Honda. Chief 23-01(Nedimyer) & Asst. 23-04(Shaw) Responded direct. Both officers on scene at same time found 1 vehicle into a tree injuries To Patients knee. Ems Provide care to patient and 23-41 Handle traffic till towing company ...was able to remove vehicle Box was placed in service approx. 45min later

 

10-016 Feb. 6th @ 12:25 Fire assist to 4 Paws towing, Old 6th Ave and Sandbank Road. Crews provided traffic control until towing agency was able to remove vehicle and get on its way
10-015 Feb. 5 @ 22:42 Per Request of 23-82(Brazle) Traffic Control @ Old 6th ave and sandbank road, vehicle struck. 23-01(Nedimyer) arrived on scene an advised 4 cars Stranded in middle of road way and request 23-41 to shut road way off @ Old 6th ave and lower Riggles Gap and 23-04 to shut down Old 6th ave and Sabbeth ...Rest Crews remained on-scene 2 hours till tow companies arrived to tow vehicles

Command advised dispatch to hold station till he investigated. After talking with home owner alarm was malfunctioning. And alarm Company was to respond ser...vice tech to correct problem Command placed box in service shortly after dispatch

Chief 23-03(McFarLand) Responded Direct and Took position Of Lower Riggles Gap Rd & Kerbaugh Rd 23-41 Responded W/2 And took Position Of Lower Riggles Gap Rd & Old 6th Ave. Crews remained on scene...e for Approx. 4 Hours diverting Traffic till the water subsided

 

10-007 Jan. 18 @15:10 Blair 911 dispatched Station 23 for a Motor Vehicle Accident E. Pleasant Valley & Sabbeth Rest RD, Asst. Chief 23-04(Shaw) responded Direct with Rescue 23-31 responding with 4, 23-08(Hewitt) First arriving to find 2 vehicles 1 on 1 off the road way side impact. Crew assist EMS with patient removal and debris clean up. Command marked box is service @15:55

 

10-006- Jan 11 @ 08:14 Blair 911 dispatched Station 23 to assist Medic 452 with extrication of patient from residence, personnel responded in POV's, box was place back in service @ 08:36
10-005- Jan 8 @ 11:29 Blair County 911 dispatched Station 23 for a Motor Vehicle Accident on Rte 865 and North 1st Street, Bellwood Boro, Station 23 was placed in service immediately after dispatch as Station 22(Bellwood) was dispatched as the accident was in the first due area.
10-004- Jan 3 @ 06:28 Blair County Dispatch alerted Station 23 of a Motor Vehicle Accident on Lower Riggles Gap Road in the area of the power plant. Rescue 23-31 responded and was soon place back in service by PAP

10-003- Jan 2@ 12:24 Chief 23-01 was advised while enroute to the I-99 incident that there was a 2nd accident on Lower Riggles Gap Road, 23-01 asked Blair 911 to Dispatch Station 22(Bellwood) to handle the 2nd accident Rescue/ Engine 22-31 responded and arrived on scene to 1 vehicle off the roadway and then turned the scene back over to Station 23 fire police.

10-002- Jan 2 @ 12:01 Blair County Dispatch alerted Stations 23, 16, and 15 for a reported Motor Vehicle Accident on I-99 South of Pinecroft Exit, Chief 23-01 responded direct with Rescue 23-31 and Engine 23-13 close behind. 23-01 advised the rescue to head North on the I as he was at Carlisle Overpass and not located anything, 23-13 headed south and 23-01 then advised the accident was near the Kettle St overpass. 23-13 set up traffic control until units for Stations 15 and 16 arrived on scene and 23-01 then place Station 23 available.

10-001- Jan 2 @ 07:51 Blair County Dispatch alerted Station 23 of a Flu Fire at a residence on Grandview Road, Antis Twp, Chief 23-01 responded direct followed by Engine 23-13 and Tanker 23-22. Chief 23-01 on scene requested Station 22 (Bellwood) for 22-51 be dispatched to the scene. The box was placed available by 23-01 @ 09:37
